Let's Celebrate Spring! Day 1

Hi Friends, Spring is here and I'm excited! Its warming up really fast here in Queensland, Australia! We never have a long cold Winter, however, this Winter I've felt cold every day!  The days in Spring feel so happy and fresh! I wish Spring would last all year long! Let's celebrate this wonderful season!

A Man In My Studio!

Yesterday morning, I said to Brad (my husband), why don't you make a card for your Dad. His eyes lit up and said, "Thats a great idea!" It's not the first time he has made a card and because he does his own hobby, Historical Miniture War Gaming, he understands the importance of taking his time and he's great at listening and asking questions. Brad's a great student! 😇

I did the cutting and he did the stamping! He learned how to stamp off to get a different shade of ink and how to use the Big Shot and cutting dies.

He is a stamper who knows what he wants to do and he's not afraid to use his tools! We had so much fun!

This is the card he made.

   

Below is the inside of the card and the envelope. I told him, that cards and envelopes should never do a nudie run! Of course he agreed with me!
